I thought the Avs said they werent moving Barrie a couple of weeks ago? But I really dont pay attention. And wouldnt the oilers have to add and/or retain salary?

You'd think Edmonton would need to add. I have no idea why CO would do that, like they need another soft top 6 centre. They've already got a couple. But hey, Roy and Sakic are maniacs so why not. Trade the one good piece your team really needs to build around
