Right now I'd say yes. Fabbri is playing clutch hockey and Bennett has had his moments of brilliance but is inconsistent. At this moment Fabbri looks better.

I don't disagree, but Bennett elevated his game in the playoffs last year too. I'd say still too early to tell.

Well that was thoroughly pathetic by the stars goalies. Not that we Flames fans are accustomed to much more after Hiller and Ramo induced a seasons worth of nightmares. Oh well.

Wait, Elliot was in question of not starting this game? Seems more like a question from the Oilers Clown reporter.

Either way it's close, it's not a landslide for Fabbri IMO. However 13 points in the playoffs is nothing to scoff at from Fabbri.

I can't believe the Stars pay $10.4 million for their crap goaltending yet managed to finish 2nd overall in the league this year.
Like WTF?
I can't wait until Benn is making $10 million.

If Dallas didn't have the question mark label on their goaltending, it's been scribbed on with permanent marker, highlighted with a neon sign and plastered on flyers everywhere now.

Considering they had the exact same point totals I'm not sure how one is inconsistent and the other one isn't. Guy has been good in the playoffs, he is also on a stacked team with stacked line mates and had the good fortune to face the worst goal tending tandem in the playoffs.

How do point totals indicated consistency? Bennett got like half his points in two games (intentional hyperbole to illustrate the point). Fabbri may have spread his contributions out more evenly across all the games this season, which would make him more consistent.

Fabbri is a good player for sure, maybe even better than Bennett. But Bennett needs to bulk up to play his game more consistently.

consistently average where Sam has shown flashes of briliance
they are both good players but Fabbri is flavor of the month right now...there is a reason Sam was ranked #1 by central scouting and Fabbri in the 20s. Its way to early to be declaring one guy a better player.

That was horrible goaltending from Dallas.
Treliving better not make a trade for either one of them.
