Laughton looks seriously injured.

I'm no doctor but he hasn't moved his left arm since he went down.

Ok now he seems to be moving them.

Yikes, nasty fall into the boards. Was twisting when he collided with the bottom of the boards.

They have the stretcher out now.

I noticed he moved his legs and arms on his own power though. So there's that.

Scary scary though. Hoping for the best for him, looks to be in extreme pain.

Seems more likely to cause a concussion than neck injury based on the replay I saw.

To me, it looks like the main point of contact was his ribs/hip with the boards.

Pure speculation on my part, but I bet he's got some busted ribs and a really tender tailbone and hip right now.

The Flyers will not give up easily, 1-0 Philadelphia late in the first period.

MacDonald scored early in the second period to make it 2-0 Flyers. Oshie scored early in the third period for the Capitals, 2-1 midway through the period now. Neuvirth is doing a decent job this game as he has taken over Mason's job.

I hope the ghosts of playoffs past aren't coming back to haunt the Caps.

Neurvirth played lights out. Caps were still the better team though.

Damn, wanted to see at least one first round sweep this year. Neuvirth deserved that win though

Well, no sweep in this one and also no sweeps in any of the 1st round games. Last time that happened was in 2012.
