Pure garbage.. Flames look so lame atm. I'm a huge Monahan fan but you have to admit, even as a fan: He got many fluke goals last season from stupid positions.

I wonder if they'll talk about what McDavid prefers to drink and if it's Gatorade what colour. Maybe talk about what brand of laces he uses.

Romanuk, you tell us that it's pronounced "Sek-ra" yet you butcher it and say it the other way. (Sek-era)

This is a good barometer, Edmonton lets us know how bad we're actually playing and we're playing really really badly. Everything is off, we haven't looked this bad in a long time.

Oilers in good position for the win with the lead going into the 2nd period which has been kryptonite to the Flames.

Oilers are much better defensively. Still won't score much.

What are the odds Hamilton gets a McDavid question during intermission?

Monahan primarily scored from prime scoring positions last year. He rarely got lucky goals. He was just a lot better at finding room to get his shot off. Hudler had a bunch of lucky goals, and Gaudreau scored a bunch from bad angles, but he's got the skills for that, but Monahan scored almost all his goals from right in front of the net.

Neither will the Flames. This is a one line team and the one line hasn't been that great at times. There's simply nothing going on offensively with the bottom 3 lines. Nothing.
