Hmm... I remember getting stuck in my grandfather's ratchet styled belt in the 90s due to the release bar somehow bending. The worst part was the belt getting ever tighter in my panic to attempt to remove it. I have not liked them since. I didn't realize they were making a come back.
It does look like there are a lot of great looking options on Aliexpress. Unsure of the ratchet buckles though.
Totally! I was running into that as well. "Maybe if I go one closer it will release" If you flip the buckle over which you should always have enough slack to do. Just pop open the clasp that clamps down on the unfinished end of the belt attaching it to the buckle and it will undo that way. Also really easy to put back together
Took delivery on my tongue scraper today. Feels different, lots of gross white stuff came off. I think I went too far back too because it looked like chunks of red blood too. Maybe it was a tonsil? Will keep trying it and report back.
