Backlund got a healthy scratch same time last year then went on to have a career season.

This is a team that really needs to be burned to the ground. I just don't see a single positive out there. We haven't really been competitive so far this season. We got lucky with some incredible goaltending performances early on, but this team has looked collectively Edmonton Oiler bad.

Yeah but you keep missing the point. We all know it's very very improbable that a player will score five goals in a game. Hitting six numbers in a lottery is damned near impossible too. That is all fair comment.
Accusing someone or a company of running a "scam" is alleging an illegal act. That's not kosher and can lead to trouble. Simple as that.

Serious question though, what are the odds of Safeway coming after a forum user, or owner for that matter over something like that? You seem to know the legalese, are there many cases of internet slander being taking to court in Canada?
