If the Giants get another lead, it pretty much has to be Bumgarner time. No point in messing around, he doesn't even need his best stuff because he's so far in the Royals heads.

But how do you take him out? The Royals blew their chance with the bunt, since then he's settled in and now he's just dealing again.
Verducci just made a great point about homefield. Pitchers can go longer not having to hit in the AL park.
