Remember in Europe Hockey is mainly a sport, in North America it is entertainment, thus will be called closer to the actual rulebook in Europe. The opposite is true in soccer.

Yeah... one misconduct becuase the referee's pride was hurt and the other because of a zero-tolerance rule.
The officials do not deserve any credit whatsoever.
