Well she ended up being cuffed on the ground, so scrapes and bruising can definitely result from that, but I do tend to agree that it seems like more damage than you'd expect.
Nonetheless her story is complete BS, and using a bogus sexual assault accusation as a weapon basically means she's a terrible, awful human being.
