Well tonight I drove to a nearby town which was screening the first episode in the town where one of the girls is from, what a surreal experience, pretty full theater and everyone seemed to really love the show, everyone was quite into it.

Very strange to see myself on screen, hear myself talk and all that jazz but ultimately really happy with that 1st episode.

There's a few more screenings that I'm going to attend, this was a really fun experience to share with lots of strangers, a once in a lifetime deal for sure.

The joke is that I launched my Facebook page just hours before Thor's.

But I definitely put Thor in a special class... When I first started, I was embarassed to even go into a gym for fear of the jocks snickering in the corner. Thor was willing to put himself out publicly and go on national TV, Youtube, bus shelters... and say "this is me and I am LOSING THE WEIGHT".

I was just interview on the radio today and was asked about putting myself out there and how I felt about doing that, honestly that was one of the things I was least worried about, for me its always how I speak Icelandic since I still at times have difficulty with expressing myself properly.

Its very strange to be honest, and I don't think its really fully sank in yet. I know watching the first episode tonight on TV made it somehow more real for me, and the radio interview today but the whole thing is still very surreal.
