Nice to finally see some Feaster love on here, wondering when Bertuzzied will chime in about dumping him still.

Never wanted to see this guy end up in a Flames jersey.

Ugh, I hope that's not the case...or that it's in the past if it ever was.

This team is starting to remind me of the 2004 team. Just saying.

This was from Faceoff.com / NHL Watch from yesterday (July 1):
According to an NHL source, the San Jose Sharks are looking to move RFA winger T.J. Galiardi.
- CSN Bay Area
Could have been in the works for a bit. To me this lends more credence that TJ wanted to leave San Jose, and was targeting Calgary.

I can say the exact same thing regarding ties both from a friendship and business relationship ..... like I said earlier, guy is a class act. The type of guy who
flys under the radar ie doesnt want a single person knowing who he is when he walks into a establishment.
everyone likes...has more friends than one could dream of and this came before his status.
treats everyone with a ton of respect...no chip on his shoulder.
Tough to believe that type of guy would have off ice issues.
Love the fact he is in a flames jersey!

Now all we need is to trade Cammalleri(50% salary)+Gaudreau+Backlund for Seguin
Baertschi-Seguin-Jones
Glencross-Stajan-Hudler
Galiardi-Monahan-Stempniak
Bouma-Knight-Horak

I have no reason to doubt you, but it seems bad attitudes with any athlete nowadays is more the norm than not. Maybe he's grown up if what you say is true.

So what's the basis for this comment? You say you have ties but then you use words like "seems" and "perhaps". Anything more concrete? I'm honestly asking..not trying to be sarcastic.

Without the goalie or the all star.
Really if one of the goalies pans out we might do better then we expect but I expect growing pains in net to start the season will have us chasing early and giving up at the deadline.
I do really like the tough to play against mentality that is coming back into this team. If Monohan pans out and the guy we get next year we are right on track for the 2-3 year rebuild.

Scoring Winger

He seemed to do well playing the pest role in the playoffs this year for SJ from what I noticed. Maybe he can fill that role here since we haven't had that type player for quite some time.

clear win
like someone else said, this is the kind of trade other teams do and you are left thinking: why can't that happen to us
Galliardi is a role player, but nonetheless, basically given to us for free - and cheap!
