The third season of AD was just too awful for it to get my vote. It will be interesting to see if the new episodes coming out will replicate the greatness of the first couple seasons, or if they will match the bad/average episodes of that third season. Not saying the entire 3rd season was terrible though, but I never bothered watching it again after it ended.
Edit: Damn didn't get to vote for the last round in time. Oh well, hopefully there were a couple upsets in the end.

I thought season 5 was great, perhaps the best in the series, but that's just my opinion of course.
I watched each of the seasons is random order back during the holidays, and I have a hard time calling any of the seasons weak. Each have pros and cons, but there's never enough cons to call a certain season weak.
In my opinion, from best to not the best
Season 2-Loved getting to hate Janice, Richie v Tony was fun. Great ending with the boat scene.
Season 4-never gets the respect it deserves. My favorite finale of the show. Carm vs Tony in 3 great scenes.
Season 1-Just solid all the way thru. Set a new standard for drama tv.
Season 5-Feech La Manna stuff was great, albeit short lived. But this season was all about life after separation and the Two Tony's.
Season 3-Hard to find too many faults here either. And it had Pine Barrens, arguably the best episode of the series?
Season 6 Part One-Didn't like the three coma episodes, but there was good stuff here. The premiere of that season was great with Junior shooting tony. But the finale was easily the worst of the bunch, not a whole lot happened.
Season 6 Part Two-I liked most of the episodes, but certain stories just seemed a little forced. Tony's hard core gambling addiction came out of nowhere and I never thought it fit all that well. Love the final scene though.
GO SOPRANOS GO.

It's ironic how the writers expected this episode to suck, and basically it was just a throwaway episode to get Bob back into the series. The only reason this gag ran on so long was because the episode was too short, so they had to use the same sound effect over and over, and animated it a tad longer to reach the minimum run time. Even with this in mind Cape Feare has become one of the better episodes of the series, and usually appears in most "Best Of" lists (including my own).

David Chase loved his dream sequences too much. That entire episode where Tony was in a coma from season 6 was brutal.
With all this said I love the Sopranos, HBO is replaying the entire series every Thursday night and I've been watching it over again
It was also mis placed because only three episodes prior In season five was The Dream Test episode where tony had a 30 or so minute dream. There's some very good stuff in that dream, but it went on too long.
I loved the dream sequences in The Sopranos. They were so well done and incredibly relatable.
Also, in VANFLAMESFAN's list, I would put Season 6 Part II above Part I. The last two episodes were amazing. Maybe only bested by Pine Barrens. I kept expecting that Russian to come back and bite them in the ass at some point in the series, although that really didn't seem like Chase's style of storytelling.
