Flames are playing really well, lots of speed in all 3 zones, I'm really impressed.

...but damn we need to start losing soon here, hate to say it but...

As am I, however I am very excited for next season if... whatever this is keeps up. I don't think I've ever seen a worse team on paper but they just keep outworking the other teams and winning. Could be an interesting year.

Ya you'll find most people respond very calmly when you tell them they are "whining" and tell them they should go post in another thread.

Our dream at finishing 30th died when Bouwmeester was traded.

Wow, 10 years of unbelievable hockey most nights, 100 games over .500 at the dome, our only cup run in 2 decades, a Vezina and that's the thanks he gets. He put his son and his family over the team which any loving father would. I'm happy with how Kipper choose to stay here and even more thrilled the franchise gave him that honour. He deserves a choice at the end of the day after all he did for this team and will be remembered as a Flame, I can take that instead of the 3rd rounder might have got for him.

Ah I could pick this apart to but why bother giving the mods more work. I won't argue with you here anymore.

Lol Wings sat back? Without Kipper and Howard that game is 7-1 Wings.

Love how the Flames play well and the other team is just "sucking". Flames have played excellent defensively tonight.

If you think these garbage wins have anything to do with next season you ate going to be very disappointed.

Can't rely in other teams to suck over an 82 game schedule.

Flames need to win? Lose.

Gotta love it.

How can we be playing better without Iginla, Bouwmeester, Tanguay, Wideman, etc?

Oh Moon with how bad the Flames were all season I've really missed the post in which you take every opportunity to dump all over the team. Cheers!

No, because when we are a terrible team either the league goes into full ###### mode, or the Flames win useless games down the stretch. In this case it's both.

I f***ing hate it. I don't even blame the Flames, I hate the fact that Anaheim, Detroit, Phoenix, etc. just don't even bother showing up and we beat them when we don't even play that great.

Why? Why in the hell do you follow this team? I don't get it at all. I think if the Flames were ever a dominant team like the Hawks you would be absolutely miserable moon.

The Aton Bomb, TJ "Indiana Jones" Brodie, Cory "Sandpaper" Sarich, Brett "The Hitman" Carson, Chris "Jeeves" Butler, and Mark "Gio Jordy Mr Bean (note to self; work on this during offseason" Giordano! The meanest defence corps the league has ever known!
