As much as I hate social media, this is one aspect that I really find interesting now days. I know they were team mates for the US team but I love how the potential future flames are building that relationship before they actually play together. One would have to think that starting to build that relationship this early can only help once they join the big club.

Agreed. I also think this is why the Flames are drafting kids from the same programs/trying to get them into the same programs where they already have prospects.
Someone made a point in the Gillis thread about his development possibly driving Jankowski as well. I think its a good point.

One thing I have noticed too is it's quite often Sieloff and/or Gillies involved in some way. They are regularly giving props or best wishes to a past, current or future teammate for something. Guys with that kind of personality who genuinely care about their teammates are only going to help us moving forward, this is exactly why Sieloff will probably be wearing the 'C' for team USA come Christmas and why if he returns to the OHL he could be the next captain of the Windsor Spitfires (they traded 2012-13 captain Saverio Posa to Guelph late in the season).

I blame Don Cherry for that one. Those Rock'em Sock'em Hockey videos are a beauty!

Yeah, it doesn't even matter where they are from... all hockey players somehow end up being hosers.
