I find I'm finally immune to the Flames. I can't even get up the energy to get angry. I just flick the channel to watch a little Rubio.

Glencross has been deemed un-tradeable by Flames fans because of his great contract. It's time Flames management turns that contract around as as selling point to get him out of here. Oh wait, NMC LOLOLOL

Maybe the coach too. It's frustrating how many bad third periods we've played this year. If the coach can't get through to the core then maybe it's time to trade some players for ones that want to win

Agreed. My hope was that Hartley would not play favourites. However, based on playing time alone, its pretty clear the vets (who are not getting the job done) continue to run the ship, particularly on the PP.

I thought the defense was fine, they can only do so much. Yes Gio and Brodie struggled but that happens.
The forwards were awful. Nobody tracking back. Iginla tried to carry the team but the veterans of Glencross, Cammellari and Tanguay were useless and just coasting back into the and losing every board battle. When Comeau is the hardest back-checker out there, there's a problem.

I know I'll get flamed for it....but what would you guys fathom as a reasonable return for Iginla at the deadline if you're sellers? Something like Schroeder, Jensen, and a 1st would work or no?

Baertschi got driven over on the Jones goal. He still looks weak at times. He did show some great offensive instincts tonight, but he really needs to work on strength.

We literally (I'm not even misusing this term) have zero RW prospects. I think he'll be a decent 25 goal scorer in the NHL, 35 with Baertschi setting him up.

Complacent depth players getting way too many minutes (ie Glencross) -check
Players simply not good enough (Butler, Joey, Como, 4th line) -check
Talented players benched after one mistake (Bart) -check
Once decent players playing like hot garbage (Tangs, Jordano) -check, check

Rattie is a bit better Howse imo.
I'd prefer not have another Domenichelli experiment.

Hartley has no one to blame but himself if he keeps sending Glennsuck out there for a regular shift and PP time in the 3rd period.
I should really coach the flames. It's like coaching transgressions part 3 soon.
