Both teams were brutal. Tonnes of uncalled holding on both teams. Glenn was not good. Esks D collapsed. Stamps D was pretty good other than that Stamps TD.

Edmonton needs a QB, badly.

Okay we gave them a gimme at the end of the first half...in return the Eskies gave us a gimme by hitting the crossbar. Awesome poetic justice.

Edmonton almost fluked their way to a win, karma finally showed up on the last play. What a game I still can't believe that hit the pipe, still laughing.

Thank goodness for the Eskimos and their numerous, numerous brainfarts. We'd have lost both games if not for them.

The Stamps nearly beat themselves the last two games, namely Kevin Glenn and his knack for giving the ball away. I give zero credit to Edmonton.

Glenn tried to give the game away but the defense was strong enough to pull it out.

Aside from the two interception throw on the end zone by Kevin Glenn, i thought he play well enough to win. The Eskimos don't have any business in this game as their offense sucks and the whole team was a joke. I am not sure what is Kavis Reed doing dressing 3 Running Backs and not using them at all when Joseph is struggling moving the ball. Jon Cornish outrun all 3 of them total including their running QB with 185 yards rushing. The game could have been a blowout for the Stamps and Eskimos wouldn't even be going for a field goal if it wasn't for that stupid penalty by Antwi on the punt return. Romby Bryant was on tonight except for that one boo-boo when he tried to run first before catching the ball. McDaniel was a good compliment to Bryant and Cornish since the Esk defense are keying on Lewis. Forzani aside from one good play was still struggling. Of course JOn Cornish was a beast tonight. I just love it when all Suitor and Cutthbert was getting a hard on JC Sherritt, then Cornish blows him away. Reminds me of whenever the Stamps plays the Riders and the anti-Stamps duel keeps talking about Barrin Simpson and keeps calling him the "Minister of Defense" then Joffrey Reynolds just make a fool out of him all the time.
Calgary defense I thought played well tonight but Fraser has to go. Charleston Hughes i thought was awesome again tonight. Brooks got burned late in the game but he did his job early on. Mind you Joseph didn't really go after him much. Keon Raymond, i don't know what else to say about this guy. He can play everywhere the coaches put him and still play well. Like I mentioned earlier Fraser was horrible. I watched this guy positioning and he seems like he was always out of position..always late. Then he went after the ball and got burned for it. I am not sure if gets hurt late in the game but i didn't see him on the field. I've seen McDougall and at one time Chris Randle was playing safety. Maybe Huf had enough of Fraser and took him out.
Anyways, Eskimos got lucky in the first half with the botched field goal that turned into a touchdown. The Stamps missed at least 3 opportunities to score 7 points. Two of them was Thompson's INT on the end zone. Another one was a good run by Cornish in the second half only to kick a field goal. Then Stamps gave them another chance by getting stupid late hit penalty on the punt return. Luckily for the Stamps, Shaw choked again and hit the crossbar with no time left in the game. Calgary won 20-18.
