By Rory standards +1 is actually workable. But if you were a betting man a Rory backdoor top 10 is basically a given from here.

Very good first day at the Masters and hopefully the weather doesn't get too crazy tomorrow. The Liv guys are keeping pace with the PGA players and even old man Phil is under par today. I know that many people hate Phil now but I'll always cheer him on as a fellow leftie.

He was really average today but these things are almost never decided on Thursday.

That being said...early starters tomorrow have an advantage looking at the weather.

Rory goes just after 8am but Koepka goes 2 hours earlier.....and IMO was the best golfer today.

The weather Friday night and Saturday looks unbelievably bad. I think the last time the weather was really horrendous was the year Zach Johnson won.

It looks like it will be tough to beat him this week. He just isn't making any mistakes and he is hitting the ball damn well.

I took him in a pool also, but I kind of like the guy after watching Full Swing. I feel for the guy having to deal with his wife.

That Bennett kid looks pretty impressive and it is amazing to see him still competing near the top of the leaderboard considering he is an amateur but also because he seems to be giving up a lot of distance yards to the field.

Four over. Missing the cut.

My heart over head bet was an ew on Lowry. Hoping for a solid round today then the weather to assist the rest of the way.

Augusta just seems to be in his head too much. He just can't seem to overcome the course mentally despite knowing how to play the course. I wouldn't be surprised if he never won at Augusta.

I also have to wonder how much of an impact a Liv player leading has on him. His involvement with improving the PGA Tour and pissing match with Liv is probably taking up a lot of energy.
