I was planning on $1.75 for Schwartz, until the last minute when I pulled it to waste some money on DeMelo. Not a high end player, but the captain of the high floor team.

Solid signings this round.

I guess I get a top 4? Bid on multiple dmen. Got the worst of the lot. Oh well. Didn’t want to pay more than I had bid in any case, so can’t complain.


I’ll still choose to do so. Lots of overpays and regrets this round (I say that having traded for the bum Jeff Skinner and his contract last year)

missed out on Moore, but happy to add a cheap depth forward in Johansson. Debated bidding on Pageau instead of Moore and Schwartz instead of Johansson ... would have snagged Pageau, but would have missed out on Schwartz.

3/4 in free agency so far. I'll take it.
