I can't imagine how hard the last couple years have been on Campbell. Hope he gets well and has a healthy life after hockey.

Huh....I missed when Campbell moved from Edmonton to Detroit.
It was probably he got hooked on the Edmonton water and then things just went downhill after that.
Jokes aside, I hope it isnt serious and he gets the help he needs.

Its good to know that you will still get a paycheque while your getting help. I would think not being able to provide for your family would be a good reason to not join the program.

If you can believe it, Bakersfield is kind of the Edmonton of California. They had their Gretzky era (Merle Haggard, etc), there are nice places nearby (Kern River/Southern Sierra) but you do not want to find yourself inside city limits if you can help it.
