Puck Luck giveth and puck luck taketh away. This is why we have advanced metrics for players. It was pretty obvious he went on a little PDO heater and that's all he had going for him.

The most recent version of the Josh Jooris story. Was fun, but he just isn't an NHL regular.

Walker Duehr couldn’t quite do-er, this has to be right at the top of the most embarrassing professional hockey plays ever. At least with Stefan the puck hopped over his stick.

Duerr was a perfect sample of a system player.

In Darryl Sutter's system he was insulated and his strengths benefitted the team in some minor capacity.

Without that system, well it's no surprise what he is.

The only thing that makes the Patrik Stefan one worse is that the Oilers then scored right after to tie the game. God that was awful.

I think his kid is now an Oilers prospect too. That is some Game of Thrones level of evil right there.

Plus the fact Stefan was a first overall pick.

Yeah the immediate goal against leading to a loss probably makes the Stefan one more painful.

Also I had no idea about Northendzone

Prevented the Oilers from getting Patrick Kane though
