Also, we have a dermatologist in our group of friends and she says people should not use loofahs for body soap even though many do. Unless you're replacing them every week and sanitizing them between uses in that week, according to her, they breed too much bacteria and nasty things that they could actually hurt you via infections and other things. She says your hands are the best and most sanitary way to apply soap.

The only difference is this site suggests showering daily as rule and most others recommend fewer showers unless you've participated in activities that might result in sweat/dirt/odour.
With respect to the question at hand:
Focus on the smelly bits
Unless you’ve been mud wrestling, you probably don’t need to use soap on your entire body. “Generally, the only areas that you need to wash with soap are your face, armpits and groin,” she says.
|
That’s me. Groin->armpits->butt using my groin as the staging area for soap. Wash hair. Wash face.

Why does it seem like it's common for some people to seemingly scratch and sniff? I mean, I kinda get that some people are unable to lather on their head... but still, order of operations is important for stuff like this.
And some of y'all don't seem to understand the point of a bath. The point of a bath is not to soak in "eau de me". It's to fill it with stuff like salts and scents to soak scents into your body that you'd typically do coincidental rinses at best.
I shower after I bath. I've had people say that's weird. I don't think it's weird to rinse after soaping dishes, I think it's proper. I don't think it's weird to shower after soaking in a bath.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

You haven't been endorsed as a beast or guaranteed beast until officially been called so by CBL.

What do you mean fresh? Unless it's a new bar of soap it's still yesterdays ball soap just aged a day and then applied to your face

I was getting accused of using ball soap on my face. I get a fresh squeeze of body wash for my face, or if only bar soap is available then the bar only ever touches my hands, not my body, especially junk.
So yeah not a ‘fresh’ bar, but an uncontaminated one.

Who uses a bar of soap anyway? They're terrible to use. Such a crappy feeling texture. I'd been using body wash for years and was recently gifted a bar of soap and gave it a try and my skin dried up. Liquid soap is the way to go
