I love my RG35XXH and I'll stick with it. It's a great little handheld.

I bought the New RG35XX Plus (their product naming sucks) based on your post in April and it just arrived a few days ago. The build quality is great for the price, but I'd still be a little concerned about the hinge on the SP one.
Things seem to run pretty well out of the box, but the only thing I haven't sorted out yet it why the pixels aren't always looking correct on this screen. For example, if I choose pixel perfect ratio on the NES FCEU core it should look fine but it's all mashed up funny. 4:3 is the only one that looks good. There's no scaling option for the SNES that would make it look perfect with the SNES 9X core. The framerate isn't consistent either despite the Retroarch internal FPS looking fine. I was wondering if there was some frame skipping going on despite the framerate being locked, like the screen wasn't being delivered frames at the right pacing. The GBA seemed to be the best running one of the bunch.
When I dug into the RA settings some more I noticed it seems to be running on Windowed Fullscreen by default and I wonder if there's something going on in the background with some scaling.
