Can you give recent examples where this has occurred? Where non-white folks protested on public land and were deal with swiftly, forcefully and applauded?
This doesn't fit the exact criteria but these threads chare interesting perspectives on individuals right to protest.
I mean, the CIDA was created basically because of the 2020 pipelines and railway protests and solidarity protests in Calgary and Edmonton, of which many protestors were indigenous. In that year, the protests were being disassembled after about one week of protesting.
