The Delhi police have announced the formation of a crack team dedicated to nabbing the elusive 'Monkey Man' and offered a reward for his -- or its -- capture.
"The two defensemen that San Jose added in the trade, Mukhamadullin and Okhotiuk, appear to be NHL-caliber defensemen. Okhotiuk is finding his way in his first full season in the NHL. Unfortunately, he hasn’t performed well this season.
Looking at his stats at even-strength, you can see that his play has led to a pretty bad expected goals against per 60 minutes (xGA/60) rating. He’s among the worst on the team this season. That said, he’s had flashes of skilled play, and he still has room to improve. "

Like I said, in a vacuum it probably doesn't matter. It just became a pattern with Treliving that he would send away mid-late picks for depth Dmen and face punchers every year, and eventually that pick deficit adds up. It's something I would like to see not continue under Conroy.
Time will tell with this guy, but at least he's an RFA and not just some veteran bum who'll play 20 games and walk. So in the end I think it's just okay. Don't know why you immediately jumped to me being upset.
Well in two sentences you walked out ...

Love that Sharks fans on that other board are disappointed that they didn't keep him, and fans of other teams wanted him yesterday too. Plays like a freight train. Seems like this kid has some intrigue / upside!
