That's right, they changed it so that people at the center of the hockey universe didn't have to report on waivers claims at lunch time.

Paul passed away...the new owner is a terrible human being and has nothing to do with the previous ownership he just kept the name. It's not simple disagreeing about politics the guy is flat out racist and doesn't hide it.

I was referring to the new owner. And it's still exceptionally nutty. If he's not pushing crazy far-right conspiracies, the usual anti-vax nonsense, and Rebel Media style disinformation he is fighting with or straight up insulting customers and critics. He also routinely says some pretty heinous stuff.
But I'll let that be the last I say on it as I too don't want to derail the topic too much.

What's so great about Paul's pizza anyway? I tried the Shawnessy location when they first opened and it was mediocre.
Sure they give you a lot of toppings and cheese, but they are not high quality toppings and the cheese has no taste. The sauce is bland, and I felt like a disgusting pig after eating two slices of that overloaded pizza.
I don't understand the hype.

I thought it was okay when I tried it a few weeks ago, but especially down south here there's so many better options like Sammy's and Crispy Crust
