I was wondering how much of Ole's pay is garnisheed by Ronaldo for constantly hauling his ass out of the fire.

Gotta say though, if you're a United fan Ronaldo has been worth every cent.

This United team without Ronaldo would not be pretty...

Seriously….how many remarkable goals does he have already this season.

Another week where individual brilliance masks what was a pretty pedestrian effort overall.

Ugh...no more Messi vs. Barca.

Nobody cares anymore. Its like bitching about a bad breakup and what was whoever's fault.

Nobody cares.

And then you read news about Xavi taking over if he can buy a few players that he wants....

Dude....have you not been paying attention? Read the room. They are broke. They are 'you have to pay for your own pop in the locker room' broke.

I dont even know how they intend to pay Xavi let alone buy him some players.

I do wonder if you end up seeing Nike or some other sponsors come in and help out...

Barcelona has been a cash cow for them from a kit sales perspective, they might want to keep that up.

Although Nike might care less now that Messi is in PSG and they are probably just counting all the money from the Jordan + PSG collaborations they do.

I cant see a sponsor bailing them out. Frankly...I think that hole is just too deep. This is 'death by a thousand cuts' and thats how its going to be fixed.

Barca went off the deep end with spending and wages, etc. They are going to have to learn to become the tortoise in the race.

And Messi? He was obviously a prime asset. But Barca just lost one of the best players the game has ever seen. For free.

And they wonder why they're in financial trouble.

Atletico busting out the Goon Squad.

That being said...I do not understand that sending off. A straight red for that? I must be missing something.

The red card really took the sting out of that game, it was wild in the beginning. That was a tough group on paper, really well done to maneuver through that so well.

Now who could have seen that coming? Oh yeah! Everyone...

The keeper and defender actually do pretty well there, as well as they could!
