No Tavaras? No problem as the new look 2nd line beat up on the Ducks. Sharks keep winning and now up to 3rd in the West. Remember when we were 2nd last and Pat and the Avs were very happy because they owned our 1st?
I do.
3 Stars
1 - Steven Stamkos (SAN)
2 - Noel Acciari (SAN)
3 - Nikita Gusev (SAN)
I wouldn’t even want to play me in the playoffs.

Happy to get get the win as Dallas continues it's late season playoff push. The Stars have now picked up points in 10 of the last 12 games (8-2-2).
Lost Guentzel for the remainder of the regular season with another injury. IR now up to 4 regulars...cool.

Outshot and outplayed the Sharks, but goaltending let us down.
Got an OT point which I'm ok with.

2nd game in 2 nights. Happy to get the win with no injuries.
Danault was held pointless but Subban had an assist playing 22 mins. 4th line of Gauthier, Eriksson and Troy Terry were the reason we got 2 points in this game as they had 2 goals in 6:47 of ice time. Casey deSmith with another win.
6 points out with 2 games in hand.

That loss brings us to 4-5-1 in our last ten games. Here's hoping this slump disappears before the post season starts.
Know who's not having a slump? The Coyotes who have 10 wins in a row. Well done.

Buffalo finally catches up to the Flyers in the standings. They have a game in hand though.
Pastrnak gets two assists to put him at 99 points. He remains stuck on 49 goals.

Still time Doug, I wouldn’t pack it in. Forget this one and go on a run to finish out the year.

Carey Price showed up in this one making 36 saves. We didn’t know what Price would show up. He followed up a shutout two games ago by giving up 5 goals on 9 shots last outing. We needed him in this one and he was a difference maker.
The top line combined for 16 shots and Mark Stone was able to score twice.
This was a big win for us. Combined with the Panthers OT loss we sit 2 points up with 10 games remaining. It’s going to be a battle as the Panthers, Canes and Caps are all still in the mix heading down the stretch.

Missing Polak and McDonagh definitely helps in losing.
