Most Arsenal fans I've seen just call him the guy who put cones out for pep
The no fans may save him, London is tier 3 now so not even 2000

Wasn't he the one who pushed back on the squad taking pay cuts unless the board promised anyone sold would be paid up, and there would be no lay offs?
May have been Bellerin, but I thought Ozil was mentioned

The Ozil situation reminds me of the early days of City being bought by the Saudis. Nobody is going to take him on his wages.
The guy gets paid a fortune, I'd be trotting him out every game just to get my money's worth or at least to try and pump his value a little bit to maybe make selling him a possible prospect.

Yeah that was him. Then offered to pay the mascots wages.
But there are a lot of rumours that his exclusion from the PL and EL squads was something that was out of Arteta's hands and related to his comments regarding the Uighur Muslims in China.

I love Arteta and I think they should hold on to him and give him another year or two. He’s really starting to figure some things out. They’ve scored goals in two straight now, and they’re really onto something.

I'm hoping for long-term contracts for OGS and Arteta. Its going really well.
Arsenal could be in the Championship next season and you dont want to be paying your manager too much.

I would imagine then you'd want ones for Brendan, Jose and Frank given OGS has been outperforming them?
Or, I presume you have some sort of reason for lumping him in with Arteta whilst ignoring the others.

Don't think that's accurate.
Most fans including myself were optimistic about him in the early going.
His willingness to stand up to players like Ozil & Guendouzi was positive and it was hopeful he'd shed some of the toxic culture in the club.
But he's only had 1 transfer window and the player rot is just too thick.
The players are failing him more than he's failing them, but you can only lose so much as a manager.

He still has more trophies than you.
Its fun watching the Spurs show on Prime when they talk about how important the FA Cup is and show the fans saying how much it would mean to them.
How'd that work out?

Anytime you can announce the new tier 4, 5 days before Christmas Eve, and give it a 6 hour window to either get out.or do your big shop.... It's just something you have to do

This is hilarious. Which club which you rather be today? One of them can’t score goals, hasn’t won a match in the league in weeks and is four points above relegation. The other is the mighty Tottenham Hotspur.
Yeah, you won a trophy, but that trophy is an anchor at this point. It’s keeping Arteta in a job and any other club would sack him. I love it. Long may it continue!

Speaking of ridiculous, that was ridiculous by Aurier. Should be riding the pine after that.

Vardy has 6 penalty goals this season. Burnley have 6 goals total in 12 games.

What’s wrong with a “little” body check in the back??? Ooo wait this isn’t hockey.
Weird part on the replay is the ref is looking right at it and doesn’t call it in real time. O well VAR got it right.
And given the capable players behind Aurier, he will defiantly be riding the pine for a least 1 game.
