Not a lot different than the Leafs. Probably a combination of both starting head coaches getting fired in surprising fashion and a bad mix of players. Effort level simply isn't there on a nightly basis.

This one he just waited until the wing got close enough to just knock the puck away. They need to fire it around and into the slot.
