Yeah the way other wrestlers reacted to Ronda's post made it seem like this wasn't planned or anything.
Becky probably went a little too hard on twitter but really her's was all in Kayfabe and just played into her character.
Ronda going into this by calling out her armbar as fake, and then alluding to the script is the big problem though.
Wonder if by trying to make this look "real" that tensions are actually getting a little hot between the ladies. Ronda does seem to get rattled when the audience boo's her.

Finally heel Ronda, and good logic to it. Screw everyone, you boo'd me out of the building in my home town. Then she beats the piss out of Becky. That knee lift was stiff as it gets.
I expect that Ronda is going to jump in at fast lane and wreck Charlotte to set up Ronda and Becky at Wrestlemania.
There are a couple of things I would love to see, or one of the two.
Scenario one. At the Raw after fast lane. Ronda goes to the ring and gets confronted by Becky and Charlotte who start beating on Ronda. Suddenly we hear.
Shayna comes out and they wreck Charlotte and Becky. Then Bayla and Sasha come out and Ronda and Shayna retreat through the crowd with grins on their face.
Or on the monday after fastlane.
Paul Heyman comes out with Brock Lesnar and starts promoting Brock. Then he says he forgot something. He's not only the advocate for the beast. But the manager of champions, and he wants to introduce his newest client. The reigning defending, dominant Raw Woman's champion Ronda Rousey.

It's great that Ronda is heel now, only thing that would make this better is if it was Ronda vs Becky 1-on-1 at Mania. But I don't think they will take Charlotte out now.
I think the Shield will have a big role in the Seth/Brock match, and Reigns returning might just convince Ambrose to stay, or at least take time off after Mania before coming back.
Sadly we were just talking about him the other day, but King Kong Bundy died today.
I remember that he was bought into WWE as a monster for Hulk Hogan to fight.
He was well known as a monster heel who demanded a 5 count to end his matches. Its funny, because we remember his WWE run but he was only with the company for 3 years, Famously known for his feuds with Andre the Giant, his tag team with Big John Stud and his cage match against Hogan at Wrestlemania 2 Which I remember fondly because my dad took me to watch it on closed circuit TV at the dome, at least I think it was the dome).
I also remember that he was in a wrestlemania 6 man tag team match that involved little people, and Bundy almost killed Little Beaver with an Elbow drop.
I also remember seeing him at a live event where he threatened to slap the taste out of my best friends mouth because we were heckling him so hard.
RIP

Yeah that was the only natural way to take it for Ronda.
Still think it wasn't executed perfectly but really that was her "Die Rocky Die" moment and it made the most sense.
No reason to keep trying to swim upstream with her as a face. Fans never bought in, and really don't think it was natural to her personality either.
Yeah, the smiling on the way to the ring, pandering to the fans in her promo's didn't feel natural. Last night felt right. The last scene of her standing on Becky's head was a good bit of cinema.

We seen Rhondas DGAF attitude in UFC and it was awesome only makes sense to turn her heel. Aside from the Riot Squad there isn’t really a genuine female heel out there that has really made the boo birds come out is there ?
They've really neutered Becky these last couple weeks. I'm really curious how she's going to be able to get her momentum back (talking herself and not really the storyline)
Just a curious observer as I find the struggle to maintain the hype fascinating
