Prospects line-up for next year?

I know I know, this is prospect talk but I feel like its the off-season anyways and we need some flames discussion (prospects or otherwise) to get us through to the draft so why not talk about what's in the cupboards?

How do you guys see the prospects lining up next year? Especially with guys like Andersson/Mangiapane/Jankowski turning pro, the cupboards almost seem like they are overstocked again. First lets look at RFA/UFA's from the Heat coming up in the off-season:

I think Ortio, Wotherspoon, Nakladal (if they sign) and Shinkaruk are on the big club to start the year next year and the bold names in my line-up are the first call-ups.

Just some observations.

Turner Elson will be re-signed. Good chance he's the team captain if Aaron Johnson isn't brought back.

Grant will be in the NHL next year, with the Flames or elsewhere.

Schneider is definitely going back to Juniors. Macdonald will turn pro, likely play in the ECHL. Means Poulin or someone like hi will be signed to backup Gillies.

Unfortunately I think Grant most likely walks. Only way he stays is if the Flames give him a 1 way deal.

Grant is UFA, I doubt he re-signs here with Monahan, Bennett, Backlund and Stajan still under contract. He wants an NHL job, and he's probably not replacing any of those guys, although I wish he could replace Stajan.

McDonald will probably turn pro (his ELC kicks in now even in junior, mine as well get playing pro) and battle for starting duties in the AHL with Gillies. The loser of that battle will likely start lots of ECHL games. Schneider is too young to go pro and will go back to Medicine Hat.

Also, the way Huska and Pascall talk about Elson and BVB, I will be very surprised if they aren't qualified and brought back.

Sure hope BT can do something with Raymond as well, really don't want him down there taking ice from a prospect.

I also have Pribyl and Shinkaruk starting down there too, but will be happy to be wrong.

Agree with most...
-I wish we could make place on the big club for Grant. I suspect we will offer him a 1-way contract anyways, hopefully he will take it.
-I don't think we will re-sign BvB
-Raymond will be bought out.
-Flip Kilmchuk and Mangiapane in your lineup. I suspect Eatbread will be pushing to make the big club by the end of the year.
-What about Wotherspoon?? Push Kanzig down to the ECHL?

Well Mason Raymond won't be on the fourth line. He was a ppg player for the Heat after his demotion and their gonna want to give him more minutes the he'd get where you have him and I think Grant will be elsewhere next year.

I think one or both of Kanzig/Morrison will be in the ECHL. Teams always put some minor-pro vets on the team so I'd expect that your Aaron Johnson/Dustin Stevenson types will be there in lieu of those guys.
