I think its one of the stronger comedies out there right now, as well the band rocks.

I'm watching for Robert Kelly. He trained hard to learn the drums for this role. The young girl is very good in this.

Dennis Leary is such a funny guy. I remember when he was a stand-up comedian smoking two packs a day and the a sshole song. look at him now.

I love the fact that he gets ego crushed each and every week, last night two girls thought he was Christopher Walken, and he whined to them "He's 70 do I look like I'm 70" dead silence.

The episode where his daughter and the band try to sober him up so he can write songs is one of the best half hours of TV comedy that I've ever seen.

My wife and I are loving this show. Very funny indeed. I wonder who they originally filmed it for though, as they left in the F words, but just drop the audio when someone drops the F bomb. Wonder if the show was trying to be sold to HBO originally or something?

My only problem with the show, and well, it's not really a problem is Elizabeth Gillies is damn distracting. That outfit she wore on stage during the last show...wow.
