agreed, although in the luxury price range, getting into Castle Keep for under 900 is almost unheard of. I represented this buyer when the purchased and put my 0.02 in with upgrades and believe they made some very solid decisions.
It is one of those properties you need to visit in person to really appreciate the feel and the hours spent negotiating the modifications to the floor plan!

With the USD:CAD what it is today, $700K or so for that house doesn't seem to be so terrible...

Dougie Hamilton is that you?
Most people who work in Calgary (NHL players excepted) get paid in CAD, and its probable that someone buying that has a previous house to sell, for which they'll get CAD.
Not that this isn't a good deal, it probably is, but this comment seems weird to me.

There are many people who once lived in Calgary, but now live in the US and get paid in USD, and who would like to return to Calgary.
For someone who wants to buy a summer home or seasonal vacation spot in Calgary (although admittedly, this would probably not be the ideal property for that), the CDN:USD conversion can be meaningful. That's all.

Apparently it is frowned upon when one points out it's a really bad location for a house, and they are trying to sell it. So it was deleted.

Edit - 2014 Draft Pick not understanding the rules on a forum = not worth my time.

In that respect it's like the buy/sell subforum. Negative posts about what someone is selling isn't allowed there either.
If you want me to remove this and the previous couple of posts let me know.
