There were originally four OOT games but the Leafs-Senators game has been postponed.

The Penguins opened the scoring but the Flyers came back with two goals and took a 2-1 lead into the first intermission. It is now early in the second period.

I have not heard anything but it would not surprise me if there was a moment of silence. I have read that the Ducks will also do something and it could be having the canadian anthem being played.
