Schedule for when all the prospects are playing - completed by flamesfandownunder
Right now I find myself just coming into this forum every night (the stats thread specifically) to see if any of our prospects played and how they did..
Has anyone created anything like a calendar that says when each of our prospects are playing?
ie something like:
Tue Oct 22:
Kanzig
Jankowski
Gilmour
Gillies
Wed Oct 23:
Gaudreau
Agostino
Poirier
Would be awesome if I could see in one place when all the prospects were playing coming up.. Any magicians out there?

I think that would take a magician to put in all that work.
UNLESS there's a way to import each team's schedule into, say, Google Calander, then save the whole calendar. That way people could import it somehow to their phone, online calendar, etc.

I would love to see that as well! Would certainly make things a lot easier charting their progress.

The google calendar thing sounds like a possibility.. Are there any existing google calendars to import from like Providence or Gatineau etc?

I got half-way done making a calendar last night, all the CHL teams have downloadable calendars for iCal. And Boston College does as well. I could finish it up tonight or tomorrow morning.

Hey guys,
So this is the best I can do so far. I am still trying to tweak it a bit. The Apple Calendar program colours are all kind of pastel so it's not as easy as I would like to cross reference the colour on the calendar with the prospect. Also i had to shrink the text because there are so many games on the weekend. There are still some weekends where I couldn't fit everyone. If you guys have issues with the format let me know. I can keep working on it.
I made it a big picture so you can read the text....so I had to wrap it in Spoiler tags.
I didn't include Abbotsford Heat Games, or ECHL games, or KHL games.

Awesome. I'm out of thanks right now, but Thanks.
I always appreciate it when someone else does something incredibly time-consuming that I probably would have ended up doing had they not.

That looks great! Also, Providence College has an iCal on their website. Most of the NCAA teams do actually.
If you can export that as an ".ics" file for us all to import, that'd be awesome! I'd be incredibly grateful.

Ya no sweat team. I was wanting someone to do the same thing as I was spending more time in the prospects threads that the actual Flames threads, so I thought I would give it a go!
ENJOY!

OK sweet I imported it into my google calendar, don't have the cool color coding with player matching that your screen shot has but I'll just use your screen shot for reference..
For example, according to your calendar, Kilmchuk plays tonight and Poirier plays tomorrow right?

I have a question. Is there a way to eliminate notifications of these games on my phone OTHER THAN going into each event one-by-one?
My phone is blowing up right now with email reminders and notification reminders galore.
