In Cancun wearing a vest. Wasn't there a recent thread about bad Canadian fashion in the sunny south?

That first picture looks like a bad photoshop job even if it isn't.

Manziers?

He was wearing another bulky vest in Cancun yesterday at Chichen Itza. Fox and Bush were wearing light white cotton shirts, and Harper was wearing a parka-like vest in 30 C temperatures.

Stephen, what the heck are you wearing?

Look around, Stephen. It's Cancun. Not a war zone. Not a campaign barbeque in Moose Jaw. Everyone else is in pressed linen and khakis and there you are, looking one bucket-hat away from being the next Canadian Tire Guy.

I've always had a thing for vests, which I attribute to wanting to be Han Solo.

Maybe that's Harper's thing too.

See my vest, see my vest,
Made from real gorilla chest,
Feel this sweater, there's no better,
Than authentic Irish setter.

Picture in the Herald shows this too...Bush and the Mexican president dressed like they should have a margareita in each hand, Harper flying in like he's ready to go fly fishing and/or kick some a$$.

Kick some ass? In what, a "Badly Dressed Tourist" contest?

He looks like an idiot. He's in Cancun -- he's supposed to look like a guy who needs a margarita in his hand.

Get that man an image consultant and a treadmill, stat.

Wow!
Vincente Fox is cool; what a great hat.
But do he and Bush not looked like they're conjoined?
