Personal Injury Lawyer
After years of working for others, I have opened my own law firm:
I have been working in PI for the past 12 years, so if you've been in a car accident or suffered a slip & fall, drop me a line and help me feed Impaler Jr...
In case you are unaware, PI lawyers work on contingency, so I don't need to be paid until you've been paid, and I will offer a healthy CP discount.
The surest way to get in touch with me is at vladimir@zhivovlaw.ca, and my website is located at www.zhivovlaw.ca.
Thank you.

I'd like to claim a person injury to Everlast's recent post in this thread... I slipped on my own vomit because of his obvious attempt at getting criminally lower lawyer rates.
Remember I want to live in Bears Paw so make it count! Pictures available!

Love your blog on the $4000 minor injury cap.
And I hope you continue to fight for what is right. I hurt my wrist in an accident years ago and was told it was under the $4000 "minor injury" cap. I frequently visit the hospital because of inflammation in my hand because of athritis that formed after the accident.
I have spent more on pain medicine than the $4000 and change they gave me. My hand will feel good for weeks, and then a little tweak will make it feel like hell for weeks. It has impacted my life greatly, and I feel burnt by this law.
