Default Firefox - Unable to connect Issue

Ok so this the third time this has happened, I don't remeber how i fixed it the other 2 times...so help is appreciated, but after updates Firefox refuses to connect to the internet, IE of course is just fine. I have no firewalls/software/settings or anything, I have uninstalled firefox and removed all of my settings and savings and it still won't connect....any one have a quick solution?

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

If you go under your network connection, properties, you will see a value called IPv6 connectivity. Both it, and IPv4 should be checked. Try unchecking the v6 one and rebooting...

It is my understanding that v6 is not that common yet, and I have had problems the same as you in Vista and Win 7, and this fixed it for me. I havent had a single internet dropping issue since I did this
