OK, so I ordered the Windows 7 Home Premium for $35 US and used my already purchased 32 bit upgrade DVD copy (key already used on my Vista machine) and plugged in the key that this company e-mailed me. Works fine and passed all of microsofts tests and since it says

I think it must be a retail copy, no?
Now I just have to wait for my 1GB of memory to arrive and add on, although it is working fine with only 768MBs of ram and a 2.4ghz Celeron processor.
