I'm enjoying the fact that you can share the songs you download with I think it's four people? Between my two brother in laws and myself we have a ton of downloadable content, I think I'm sitting at about 280 songs with the Rock Band 1, Rock Band 2 and our combined dled content.

Pearl Jam's "Ten" on Thursday. I probably won't get the whole thing, but Even Flow, Jeremy and Black are all as good as purchased.

I picked up those SRV tunes you recommended but didn't get a chance to play around with them yet. Greatly looking forward to it though.

Even flow was in GH3 and it was easily one of my favorite tracks, so I'm probably most pumped for that one.

Well, I finally got Rock Band (#2, to be exact). The fiancee got it for me for my b-day. Rocked the hell out of the place last night

I've played a time or two before, but does anyone have any rookie tips? I tried to use the solo buttons on the guitar, but they didn't give me enough time to slide down there and missed some notes!

Tip 1: Make sure the calibration is right.
Tip 2: Fastest way to unlock all of the songs is to do the decade challenges.
Tip 3: Iron Maiden DLC rocks!

I personally don't use the solo buttons for anything other than the Big Rock Endings, but I also don't play guitar on expert.

Anyone want to play some Rock Band 2? I can be Drums or Guitar/bass. I can rock Drums on hard and guitar on hard/expert.

I have all RB1/2 songs and metal DLC.

Why can't I find a RB guitar anywhere in town? I need a bass guitar, dammit! (I know I don't need a separate one, but I want to have others play too!!)

I searched the thread but found no mention of this..

http://www.thebeatlesrockband.com/

The Beatles Rock Band releasing September 9th, with I believe 48 tracks plus? downloadable content. Looks pretty cool, full drum set, guitar and bass totally three instruments and of course three mics.

Not a big beatles fan myself. I think it's a cool thing to get for the die-hards, but I think this version is going to tank. This could be a shark jumping moment imo. The game isn't backwards compatible with the dlc I've already purchased. That is not cool.
