Hey. I usually have this done on a regular basis (although I've been lazy lately, I need to go back). If you're a bit of Austin Powers like I am, it's kinda painful, but nothing unbearable. It doesn't make you any less of a man, no.

It really depends on your pain tolerance level and your tolerance for heat. I usually get it done every couple of months and it isn't really too bad. My first time was bad but after a couple times you get used to it. If possible ask for a cold water towel it helps with the pain and heat.
