Youtube Problems?

Has anyone, aside from me, been experiencing problems with YouTube over the past couple of days? Pages not loading, videos not starting, etc.

I've noticed the last couple of days the youtube page not loading correctly, like the frames are all messed up, a lot of the site not loading at all, etc.
