Cheap Windows?

I need to get a copy of windows for my Mom and my wife has decided that she wants to find a copy of Windows 7 for herself as well. My mom it doesn't matter if it is XP or Windows 7 but it would make sense to get it for her anyway.

So anyone know of a place, or reliable ebay vendor to pick up 2 or 3 copies of Windows 7 (or XP)?

I used this once. They send a key via e-mail and you have a limited time to download windows, and burn it to a DVD disc which isn't that straightforward but it's cheap ($35 for 7 Home Premium). I already had an upgrade copy and just needed the key though for a second computer.
