Apple key - m will minimize your window to the dock's area near the trash.

Apple key - h will hide your application's windows to the dock area.

Hope this helps. Sorry, I can't really understand your issue (having a hard time picturing it) and that's all I have. Pretty simple stuff that you probably already know.

Also, alt-tilda will cycle through open windows in the specific application you are using.

Might be worth trying to upgrade your Citrix web plugin to the latest version available on the Citrix website, because I don't think I've ever seen that behavior on my system.

I am going to be honest though, and say that I broke down and installed the Citrix plugin in a Windows VM under Fusion - it's that much better than the Mac client. You could use VirtualBox even, if you don't want to pay for Fusion (although Fusion is worth every penny, imho)

The Citrix plugin for the Mac is broken in many weird ways. Expose and Spaces interact terribly with it, Citrix windows rarely minimize properly to the dock, etc. In our Citrix environment, sessions randomly crash with the dreaded error -51, and then its a total crapshoot if you can reconnect to your disconnected sessions...It's just miserable all around.

F9 show you all windows open. Well depends on what mac your using, I think it might be like F4 on newer models.
