It's the multiplayer portion that's in beta. Tried it out, I never played CoD4 online so I'm getting my ass handed to me, I want to go play TF2 now so I can pwn some n00bs to feel better.

what is this zombie thing??? and are we gonna get to keep our weapons and kills and such for multiplayer when the game is released?

haha... I was OK for COD4. The first week I had the game, I got owned so bad my K/D ratio was horrible. Slowly working my way up, but been too busy with NHL09 lately.

We should definitely hook up for some team play when it comes out. I've been playing the beta, but not enough to memorize the maps yet.

I think the zombie mode is you play as a team of 4 with your buddies. You have to hold the fort so the zombies can't gain entrance. Not sure if there's a time limit or some other type of game structure. The video seems kinda vague on that, unless I missed something.

Yeah well the beta is harder than crap...... i cant kill anyone i have like a k/d ration of .70 ...... it seems as if everytime i spawn a dog eats me or i get sniped..... i hate the dogs lol

I recall my COD4 k/d ratio was hovering around 1.7 or so. I haven't played that game for months, though.

and the ty thing is is i just played a game where a guy had 93 kills and 15 deaths

yeah... that guy was nuts. i managed to kill him, then he goes on a 10+ kill streak again. LOL

i think he was the one calling in all the dogs... at what streak do you get the dogs?? i guess it replaces the helicopter from cod4....

This looks soo good. My machine is brutally slow downloading the demo and keeps timing out and theni have to go in and restart the download. Not restart, more-so continue but having to keep doing that isn't fun.
Can't wait to see what the dog perk is like and go for those tanks.

I'm resisting the demo, but will buy the game on Tuesday. I'm getting excited for it.

i finally had a good game ... 32 kills and 3 deaths.... the key is getting that 5 kills.... you get the airstrike and when the dog comes out thats when it goes off and you hide and just rack up kills i had a 13 kill streak and a 12 kill streak with the dogs out ..... i had just got another dogs option when the game ended

The full game is out soon so changed the title. CoD4's single player game was so awesome, looking forward to this one.

3 days away! I've not looked forward to a game as much as this one... well maybe Super Mario 3 back in the day.

That gas in this game really screws you up, not to mention the dogs. The controlable tanks are a nice touch too.
The Flame throwers will be interesting to see... or maybe not!
