Here's a piece on the schedule by the Quad City Times:
Quote:
Neil Bossola stopped short of calling the Quad-City Flames’ schedule for the coming season “perfect.”

But the team’s new CEO said the 2008-09 schedule, released by the American Hockey League on Thursday, will do just fine as the Calgary Flames’ Triple-A affiliate embarks on its second season.

“It’s pretty close,” Bossola said. “You’re always going to have your mix of days that aren’t exactly what you want, but for the most part we’re very happy with this.”

I'm very happy with the schedule. Couple of big road trips that are kinda close together, but at least we have time to plan!

Now if the weather gods will just work with us and not dump on us for big weekend dates....

I did a few scans and didn't see any mention of which game will be televised on The Score. Have they anounced this yet?

Crap. Why couldn't they be in Winnipeg the week between Christams and New Years, not the week before?

We're not happy with that one, either....really wanted to go to Winnipeg, but the week before Christmas makes that so very difficult!
