40 pounds seems pretty arbitrary. Do they refer to it as the "condo association" rule? As in... any dog permitted by your condo association can also....

I dunno about that. When someone has a very tender part of your body in their mouth, one would figure that one wouldn't need a law to remind them not to do something said person hates.

#7 is odd, as it implies that non-truck-driver tollbooth sex is perfectly acceptable. And even if a trucker is involved, only the person having sex with the trucker (not the trucker himself) is at fault. Unless it's two truckers.

I'm guessing some of these came from some sort of wacky case, and the wording is just a little out of context.

For example, I'm sure the having sex with a trucker law, is based on a case where someone had sex with a trucker in a toll both and got busted.
The fact that it was a trucker was comletely inconsequential, but it is technically illegal.

The sex with the lights on was probalby someone who got in trouble for having sex with the lights on in front of a big open window so people could see.

Or the porcupine one. I'm sure it's illegal to have sex with ANY animal in florida, so yeah, it is illegal for someone to have sex with a porcupine, but I'll bet there is no law that explicitly mentions porcupine.
