Saddledome Cinnamalt Copy Cat Recipe

My last visit to the dome was a big disappointment. Not only did I have to watch the Stars beat the Flames 6-1, my $7 cup of Saddledome Cinnamalt Flavoured Frozen Dessert had a big air-pocket in the middle of it.

Thumbs down! In response, I give you Annasuave's Copy Cat Home Made Cinnamalt Flavoured Frozen Dessert recipe.

Tools:
Stand Mixer with either paddle or dough hook attachment
Rubber Spatula
Pre-chilled receiving container


Ingredients
1L vanilla icecream
3 tablespoons Ovaltine OR Milo OR Malted Milk powder
2 heaping teaspoons of powdered cinnamon
30 ml milk


Method
In a small bowl stir Ovaltine, cinnamon and milk together to make a paste. Dump 1L of ice cream in the bowl of your stand mixer.
Using paddle or dough hook attachment, on LOW power, soften ice cream until it has a slightly stiff 'softserve' texture.
With the motor running, pour in Ovaltine/cinnamon mix until just combined.
Increase power level to "3" for about 30 seconds.
Decant into your pre-chilled receiving container and stash in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Quickly lick the paddle attachment clean before anyone sees you.


Makes 4 servings.


Enjoy your homemade cinnamalt frozen desert for approximately $1.75 per serving. Unless you buy premium ice cream, that is. But listen, if you're a premium-ice-cream-buying-fat-cat, why are you even reading this?

I think it's standard practice for them to leave an air pocket in the center of the malt, basically making an 'igloo'. Kind of like how they don't layer "butter" on the popcorn throughout the bag.

Heroin beer is easy

1. you need 600 feet of tubing
2. you need a nitrogen canister and set it to a little too much pressure
3. you need almost skunky Budweiser

5. you need a paper shredder to grind up a 10 dollar bill every time you have a beer.

Molson Canadian but add a laxative for max blast radius.
