interested to see Lane Hutson.
St. Louis has not been conservative in his ice time; averaging nearly 23 min/game

Classic jerseys reminiscent of the Stanley Cup final, I love the flaming C on white. I hope the PP can get going at some point. Go Flames!

Still can't believe the Flames took Topi Ronni when Hutson was still available in that draft.

My father loves it when these two teams go at it, turn back time to 1986 and 1989.

Between Hutson, who gives off serious Johnny vibes with his ability to ankle-break guys out there and dance through a crowd for his zone entries...and Caulfield who is having a breakout year after switching to #13 to honour his idol...it is hard to dislike this Habs team.
They have had a tough start to the year with injury issues (a chronic issue for them) and haven't seen the desired growth from their young centers (Dach & Newhook). On the flip side, Suzuki & Caulfield are establishing themselves as stars. Their bottom 6 is also strong with lots of depth and speed. Their defense is young, deep and improving.
Overall a good challenge.
I really don't care who wins, but would like to draft higher than the Habs this year...so go Habs??

Kirkland gets his tenth game in. Will need waivers to go back to the Wranglers after tonight.

Which means the tip of his trunk will make it obvious it's him, if the elephant costume wasn't obvious enough ...

Here's what Rhett thinks about Pospisil on the 4th line

I agree with Rhett on that one.
Both guys sticks came up...Pospisil's happened to hit Ekholm and Ekholm's didn't hit Pospisil.
Timing sucked, and his stick lift was a little too aggressive, but it's not a lazy penalty or a reckless penalty IMO.
