Gary Bettman took the ALS 'ice-bucket' challenge and then challenged Brian Burke to do it:

Turns out it was a former college ballplayer in Boston. Gregory Campbell is the one that touched off the explosion.

I've seen almost every video if the ALS bucket challenges... Biznasty did it off of the glacier mountains. He challenged LBJ to do it.

Before Biznasty did his, I thought Andrew Ference's was pretty good. And as for other Flames, Bollig did it, and Joe Colborne got tagged (by Bartkowski) but I'm pretty sure he hasn't participated yet.

This tumblr page, and this list both seem quite comprehensive for the entire NHL, though neither have McGrattan's so there could easily be others missing, as well.
